How [code]smith builds better

Cross-repo context [code]smith has context about all of your repositories. Before it begins a change, it searches its repo index to find the right place to work. If a change spans multiple repos, [code]smith can make changes across those repos simultaneously. Autofix by default Changes made by [code]smith have autofix enabled - CI and bot comments will be addressed automatically.
